Elco LED's story is closely linked to Serdar Yıldırım's interest in emerging technologies. In 2006, he embraced the POWERLED trend and worked with R&D engineers to understand the details of LEDs and optics. This journey led to the creation of the CROCDESIGN brand in 2009, marking an important step in LED innovation.

Founded by Serdar Yıldırım in November 2015 as a single-shareholder limited company, Elco LED combines a passion for innovation with a commitment to excellence in the LED lighting industry.

Elco LED reached an important milestone with a major BZJ Tekstil project. We successfully installed our first products at the BZJ Tekstil factory. The collaboration demonstrated our commitment to innovative lighting for industrial partners and strengthened our position in the sector.

A major milestone for Elco LED was the commissioning of its first Surface Mount Technology (SMT) production line. This advanced capability supported more efficient production and improved manufacturing quality.

Among Türkiye's Leading Manufacturers: Elco LED has grown significantly since its founding. In 2017, corporate customers and increasing demand led us to move from Istanbul's European side to its Asian side, expanding production, office and showroom capacity sixfold.

New Location, New Partners: In 2023, Elco LED moved to a spacious new facility, opening a new chapter in growth and innovation. Alongside electronics production, partnerships in mechanical lighting components and housing design expanded our capabilities and strengthened our industry position.

ElcoLED and the CrocDesign Brand: Recent investment and government incentives have increased Elco LED's production capacity. A second assembly line and a dedicated LED strip production line maximise manufacturing efficiency. Innovative marketing initiatives also aim to bring our products to wider audiences. These investments strengthen Elco LED's position in the lighting industry.
